SPORTBIT Exercise Resistance Bands Set of 5

The stronger bands have been great for my shoulder blade, shoulder, and chest on my one side that has been bothering me for years. I was in a bad accident when I was younger. Using the resistance of these works different muscles I haven't been using in ordinary workouts. It actual helps me feel more complete now. It woke things up for the better. Feeling comfortable in those areas that have been uncomfortable has always been tough since the accident but this helps provide balance for sure. For the first two weeks I felt as though some things were changing position in my arm, chest, and upper back with what I was doing, for the better. Now that I see I had to go through more uncomfortable issues to get to this point it was well worth it. Glad I was right. These were worth taking a chance on. Never bought bands before so cant compare to others. However, my dad is handicap and I know I like these better than the ones the physical therapist and occupational therapist have brought to him at time. If you are familiar with the ones people tie in a knot. Although I don't know if that is universal with most places, just what I have been around.

I am very happy with SPORTBIT resistance bands. The Pros: They have different tensions and are of the same quality that I have used in premiere workout classes. I like that they are small, lightweight and come with a small bag so that I can plan on working out when I am traveling as well. I find the size of the bands perfect, as I have a small body frame and would not want anything larger or looser. There is a booklet outlining some basic exercises that the bands can be used some. I find it helpful to follow some pro athletes that illustrate different ways to use the bands on social media as the ways to work out the bands are countless. Cons: If they are tucked away in the black bag, it is easy to not use them. I have not had them long enough to know the durability overtime and frequent use of the bands as they are very thin. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. Great price, Great bands!

I'm writing this review due to an offer from the company to receive an additional set for free. I paid for the set I use now and this is my honest opinion. I use bands to do physical therapy exercises for glute and hip strengthening around my legs, like clam shells and side leg raises. This is my second set of bands from Amazon and so far they seem higher quality than the first. On my first set the bands' resistance levels were not consistent and the heaviest rated band was actually weaker than the next heaviest. Not so with these bands, each one offers progressively more resistance. On my last set the most commonly used band ended up breaking at the fold point in several months time. These bands haven't shown any weakness or tearing yet, but I doubt they'll last forever. I like that they are a smaller diameter to offer more resistance from the start of an exercise. The only thing I don't like about these bands is the smooth/glossy texture which causes them to move around or get twisted up during some movements.

I always take these with me to work out. There's four resistance bands, each with different resistance so you can adjust your workouts to your liking or difficulty. The quality is really good. I've been using them for a little over a month now and they're still good as new and hasn't stretched out nor has the resistance worn out. It comes with a tiny bag which makes it convenient to take these out with me. I could work out at the gym or just do simple exercises at home. All in all, these are pretty amazing for the price and I highly recommend!

I’ve used this product during a couple workouts while I was waiting for one of my workout programs to begin. I really like the bands because they bring an extra challenge, but I found that they roll up on my legs very easily. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s something that I have to get used to wearing and as time goes on I’ll be learn to be able to manipulate it so that the band won’t move or what, but that was a little frustrating. I’ll for sure use this product more in future workouts once my program is over!

So far I have really enjoyed the sport bit bands. I like how durable the rubber seems to be. It is also nice that there are different weights/elasticity of each one to vary the workout. So far I've just been using them to stretch my foot (plantar Fasciitis) in the morning. I've used them once for arm exercises too and plan to do more. They are on the small side, which is great because it makes them easier to work with. Plus, they came with a carrying bag and a guide to help with workouts. Edit: last night one of my bands broke. I've only had the 6 weeks or so and had actually never used the orange one. I'm extremely disappointed!

I wasn't sure how I'd like these bands since they seemed short in length, but let me tell you, I Love Them. They stay flat on my legs and don't roll. The black band is the one I use the most and gives me a great workout. When I want more resistance, I add in an orange or yellow band. These are great for so many exercises and just general strengthening for running. They come with a storage bag and are compact enough toss in a gym bag or keep in a desk drawer at work. At just $7.99 they are a steal. I highly recommend these bands! Update: June 2019. After using these bands several times a week, the orange and yellow bands have finally ripped. I’m ok with that due to the low cost and I use the black one the majority of the time anyway. Note to be very careful if you have long fingernails!

These bands have worked pretty well for the program I’m using them for. They are just the right length and resistance for my fitness level. I really like that they come with a drawstring bag to store them in when not in use. These bands do roll but that could just be the nature of bands/loops in general. You have to find the “sweet spot” where they don’t roll as bad or what I have found helpful is to move up a loop size. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend these.

I bought these because my personal trainer recommended getting resistance bands for why warm ups and muscle stretching. So far they have been great. I have only been using them for a few weeks but they seem to be durable. The variety of resistance levels really helps with stretching out different muscles. As of now, this product gets a 5 star. I will update, if they durability degrades over time but they seem good to me.

I ordered these to use at home. They were shipped fast and seem to be great quality. I love that it included a carry pouch and a pamphlet that includes some exercises you can do with the bands.

I was initially disappointed in how short these bands were, though it does mention it in the description. I’ve used for a month now and they work well. Given the price you can’t go wrong.

The club coach recommended. I purchased 3 sets but did not get any bags. Other club members got the sets with black bags.

the products come just as advertised, easy to use, with instructional booklet and e-book of workout plans. exactly what I was looking for, and at a great price point. recommended if you want to add something extra to your home workouts.
