First, let me say this is not an expensive custom holster, but it does the job well. Once adjusted it has good retention. It holds my Gen 4, 19 with an older TLR-8 well. It does not have a cant to it, so if that is important to you then this may not be the right holster for you. It would make a good temporary or occasional use holster. For long-term or a holster that will be used 8-12 hours a day, you may want one with more bells and whistles. But overall it's a good holster for the money.

There's really nothing to dislike about it it fits good with some adjustments goes in and out and I may not have the tlr8 or 8a but the 7 and 7a fits just fine tried it with a different g19 frames like the sct or lonewolf and they fit fine too just need to adjust the holster open more to make it fit but over all I'd recommend it. seen some pictures of others with missing hardware just send it back and order another

I have a P80 with a tlr7A and works good, not a great retention, I have a Glock 19 Gen 5 with a TLR8G and fits very loosely, will not recommend for the TLRG8

Way too tight of a fit. While trying to draw from holster the whole holster comes out. 19 Gen 4 with TL-1 will be returning

I have a box full of holsters and this one is the best for the Gen 3 platform. I got them for cheap holsters for my RXM with gmcon 700 lum light and Holosun 407c dot along with a Dagger with the same light and Cylee Wolf0 dot. Tried my G19 with TLR-3 all worked great as well. I ordered 2 more. Not sure why others didn’t fit. Maybe they were sent lemons but I can’t believer how good the retension is for a multi firearm holster. It’s slim with great tension from the metal belt clips. I have used at least 20 different IWB holsters but this one is the budget king for Gen 3.

Doesn't Work With Light On Gun. Gun Fits Fine. Area For Light Is To Small.

Great holster especially for the price. I have a clock G23 with a light similar to the TLR-1. I had to make some adjustments for retention but it retains it very well afterwards. I read issues about poor retention and I believe they did not adjust it properly! Make sure before you adjust the retention screws that the pistol goes all the way in past the trigger housing on the holster before Increasing the tension on the retention screws. I made that mistake at first and I had to loosen the screws and push it in further into the holster and then tighten them back up. Now it holds very tight and before it would fall out on the second shake. After I made the final adjustment it worked great! Very happy with it!
