I rarely give a review, but, when I do, I do it because I tested truly on my body.The moment I had my first one, I felt it, from the taste of all the ingredients till the favour.I must say, I don't enjoy painkillers taste, or any other medicine taste.But I do recognise and accept their power.As in this product, medicine taste, with effectiveness achievement on my body.As long my body is happy with it, and I feel it too, I don't care about taste.Give it a try, but respect the instructions. Is awesome.Thank you x

Taste is acceptable, slightly sweet and salty but that is to be expected. After my first drink I felt more energetic and recovered. Need to use longer to be sure.Luckily my order did not arrive in clumps. At least the 1 sachet I used today wasn't. The vibrant color had me worried that they use artificial dyes but upon reading the ingredients they only use beet root powder. Which is good.Not a huge fan of the box shape. Too long and thin makes it inconvenient to store.

Great to top up reduced energy ,circulation , & low levels of esteem .

Hubby has stomach probs and says that he feels that these do help with his electrolytes . And taste nice.

Berry flavour not the best, had an aftertaste that was too “salty”.

5 stars for a super product. Great for running abs all sports or if you need rehydration. Great selection of flavours and mango is particularly lovely.

TOOK ON HOLIDAY TO HELP COMBAT THE LARGE CONSUMPTION OF BOOZE, SEEM TO HELP AND PLEASANT ORANGE TASTE.

I was sick for a few weeks so bought these pick me up/hydration drinks which helped me get back to normal.
