This stuff seems real and it is delicious. The second ingredient is derived from oranges and if you open it up and taste it , it tastes like oranges so I put it over fruit in the morning and 100 mg is way too much for me so I just take half and take the other half later on in the next day but it’s very real stuff ! it works.

Have tried many different kinds over the years and this one is the best because of the d limonene. The d limonene helps greatly with absorption allowing the coq10 to penetrate the cells and help the mitochondria based on what I read. Coq10 comes in crystalized and non crystalized forms and the non crystalized is the best based on my research due to better absorption into the cells. The d limonene is the key by breaking the coq10 into smaller particles and helping to deliver the nutrient. Also Dr Sinatra recommends ubiquinone over the more expensive ubiquinol (more expensive but not more effective).

The container was completely drenched with smelly sticky liquid. Liquid from around 10 capsules had come out of the shells as they were all broken. Price is also too high compared to other similar products..Its usefulness is also doubtful.
