Absolutely love this thing. Only been using it for a couple weeks, but I have noticed a huge difference. Would definitely purchase again. You can feel the heat on your skin, but not too hot. It has a bright red color, don't look into the light as it can bother your eyes, but you do get used to it though. I think it is sturdy. I hold it in one hand and check email on the other. I use it for 10 minutes on my liver and 5 minutes on my thyroid. It has definitely helped me. More energy, better detox of the liver.

Very good quality red light therapy for affordable price. Use it for pain and calming my nervous system. Works great! I’d recommend getting the clamp lamp thing that is compatible with it as it’s awkward to use without it.

Chronic dermatitis sufferer, and i thought I'd give it a try. People swear by this therapy, but I'm not sure I have noticed any improvement in my skin condition. It's more of a warm fuzzy, and it's kinda fun. I highly recommend buying a desk lamp shaped for these bulbs. The lamp cord that comes with it is ok, but really awkward to use. I had a desk lamp already and once I put it in there, it was super easy to use. Again, not sure if it's a genuine health benefit, but it's a great quality light and cheap enough to give it a try.

I've been interested in trying RLT for a long time to improve my skin but didn't want to invest a ton of money upfront before being able to test if it works. I did a lot of research and landed on this Hooga RLT bulb. The specs all land where they are supposed to and this bulb is very affordable. It also provides great flexibility in regards to how and where you install it for ease and comfort during sessions. It comes with light blocking goggles too! Plus a lamp connection plug in if you want to use it handheld. I purchased an inexpensive swing arm lamp stand that clamps onto my corner table (bedside table, wherever). Just make sure the lamp is compatible with the bulb size! The arms swivels all around so I can adjust it easily (think dentist lamp manuverability hahaha). I can lay on my couch comfortably and shine the lamp dirrectly into my face at whatever distance I desire. I like this option over a mask as they can feel claustrophobic. You can also sit up and shine it on your face while you sit. Having the bulb really increases your options while not reducing functionality. The bulb itself is well made and durable. I've done 15 minute sessions 3-5/weeks for several months and I definitely see that my skin is brighter. It helps heal my skin faster when I have blemishes or irritation. I really love it! I'm interested in trying the multicolor bulb for skincare now! The good thing about the red is that it can also be used to target areas for pain relief. So versatile at a great price!!
