I like the pill form and that I only need to take one daily. Too early to tell if it’s helping, but reasonable priced.

This has been wonderful for my wrists. I was taking another brand and I was taking 6 pills a day. This one only requires 1.

I received and started this product a few days ago. So far, I haven't noticed "results in as little as one day," but didn't really expect that. I'll give it time. in the meantime, I've got a customer service issue. I'm still waiting to hear back from the customer service department at Ancient Nutrition, which I contacted a couple of days ago on their web site. I'm not feeling hopeful, because I've tried in the past to reach someone at Ancient Nutrition about other products -- but never got any response. This surprises me and creates some doubt, since Dr. Axe's name is on the product. Anytime a doctor endorses a product, I expect to get answers for simple questions about the product. In this case, I am wondering why only one tablet (1.3grams) is recommended daily. I've read numerous articles stating the you need at least 2.5grams of collagen peptides daily to get results. I am still waiting to hear from Ancient Nutrition about this. I'd like to know if there's a reason for the smaller dosage on this particular product, and if it's considered safe to double the daily dosage. UPDATE -- I have developed strange heart arrhythmias after taking this supplement for over a month. This has happened before with collagen supplements from other suppliers, so I am not blaming this particular brand. If you have cardio issues, you might want to do some research on "Collagen supplements and heart palpitations" -- you'll find a lot on the topic.
