I am reviewing this one after almost finishing using the package. Over the years I came to conclusion that the best way to classify supplements along lines "does it work or it doesn't?" and "is effect positive or negative?". So this one seems it does work and has positive effect. It might take a while to see an effect- perhaps at least a week. Also what I liked about this supplement is that it is made by real, reputable company, with real website, real UK manufacturing premises, quality control, awards, etc. Many vitamins sold on this website are made by questionable companies with no real address, no website, or when you google the address and name, it leads you to some obscure places where it is impossible to make clean and safe supplements. What I also liked, is the fact that this company seems does not use some controversial fillers that even big brands do use. I will be trying some other supplements from Time Health. Price is a bit higher than some other brands, but I think it is worth to have assurance that it is manufactured from reputable supplier rather than in someone's garage with unknown raw materials.

I use this as part of supplement plan for lowering uric acid . As a consequence it lowers blood pressure by reducing kidney inflammation. One of the other products I use is Quercetin. My BP is down from 150/100 to 124/74 in three months.
