I contacted Boreas because the UV light on my vacuum failed after only a few weeks. I was seeking a replacement UV light. The warehouse did not have the UV lights in stock. Boreas sent me a brand new vacuum. Jusr amazing customer service! This vacuum is the best, too. Easy to use, easy to clean and works fantastically well. I recommend this vacuum-you will be so happy!

This vacuum cleaner comes with good packaging, so you don't need to worry if it is damaged during shipping. Also, it has a pretty long power cord in case your power outlet is far away from your Mattress or sofa. In addition, it has many functions compared to other vacuum cleaners. such as UV-C sanitizing and steamless heating .etc. It can help to reduce my allergen a lot. I also like the safety part about UV-C, it only turns on when you use the vacuum cleaner on a surface. It also has overheating protection. In summary, I really like its functions and safety protection.

I love this cleaner very much! I use this for my bed cleaning! It is very good and very useful! It is not heavy and the power of this product is very strong and powerful! After I used this my bed is super clean! Also, it is very easy to use, just connect to the power and that’s! The size of this product is very small, it just needs a very small space to put！I am very recommended this product!

Heater part not very hot. Got up to 93 degrees by my thermometer after letting it sit for a full minute on the matress. ( how is that supposed to kill the bugs. A blow dryer much hotter) uv works it seems. Easy to hold. Nice design. it suctions little fine dust particles from a matress I guess ...but can't even suction dirt off my carpet without hard ironing over andover. Returned it.

I don't know if my unit is defective or this is just the way it's supposed to be, but I got my unit today and it literally has zero sucking power. Literally none. I put my hand on the bottom of the unit and turn it on, and it feels like air is blowing OUT of it instead of sucking anything in! Literally useless...I will be returning it immediately. On the bright side, the UV light does work!

Right after receiving this item, I tried it on my bed. Geeeee, I can’t believe my bed is such dirty!!! You know what, I just changed my bed sheet and duvet covers 3 days ago!!! That’s insane…It’s not heavy and very easy to use. Definitely need one at home if you are a pet owner like me.
