I'm week 6 post bbl. I've used this since day 3 of surgery and it is a lifesaver. It's a mix of comfortable and uncomfortable, tbh. When I use the bottom pillow on a hard, wooden chair, I can't sit for very long. However, a plastic chair or padded office chair are definitely much more comfortable. Your thighs will start to fall asleep after awhile, and adjusting to using it in the car is hilarious. I keep the back padding in my car and only take the bottom piece with me, wherever I go. For the price and amount of time you actually use this, I'm glad I got it. It's the only thing that really allowed me to go back to work.
