My 3 year old daughter was very excited when she got this toy. She often changes the colors of the stars and counts the stars on the ceiling. Ideal toys for 3-12 year old girls.

Yes. There is a 360 degree rotation mode. The projected stars can move on the ceiling. Both the remote and the button can control it.

Can you choose the color of the stars?

Yes, there are 8 starlight modes to choose from. My kids (3 & 6) loved this and took turns picking the colors at night.
