Accurate Description
They are 0.5lb weights in a square cloth. they don't slide to one side or the other but maintain their square shape.

Good weight, too big for small best
The weights don’t fit all the pockets in the vest. Most of the pockets accommodate the 1/4lb size. It would be nice if the weights could fit in all pockets or all the F and F smaller vest. Only the front pockets are wide enough.

Weights are perfect for our little guy
Like that I am able to purchase weights separately to add to the vest for heavier weighing of the vest. Our son is just now starting to wear his weighted vest and hoping for positive results
