I have a very hard time falling asleep because my head won’t quiet down. I can’t take melatonin because I feel like I’m hungover in tht morning. Valerian root is amazing! I take a pill about 30 to 45 minutes before I go to bed and I can really tell when it hits. I can feel my mind just shut down and I get tired, go to bed and sleep the whole night through and feel great in the morning.

One capsule works well for our 35# pup.

Since it's an extract, I expected it to be strong. It's actually much weaker than regular ground Valerian root. Get Sundown Valerian instead, it's both cheaper and stronger.
