I needed to take a multivitamin after my surgery recovery that had a certain amount of vitamins, the most important one is the iron. I was leery of Iron as it has effected my body in a negative way in the past. I agreed to try it and see if it had a negative effect, and so far it's been fine. It is very important to take the correct vitamins as the ones I got a my local pharmacy over the counter were not what I needed to help my body continue to recover.
