Works but needs attention
I installed this in a home-built camper van kitchen sink. They’re easy and simple to install and they work as expected. They give you the same water flow and pressure that you would expect from a faucet in your home. Combine it with an accumulator tank (and in my case, an under-sink filter) and you’ll have perfect water service. I will say I had to replace the first one because I left it in the van over the winter and I suspect something in it froze and broke. When I went to use the sink in the spring I couldn’t get any water. I ordered the exact same thing and swapped it out and never had any issues with either one aside from the freezing issue, which I should have thought of when winterizing the van, so we’ll call that my own fault, not the pumps. I think I’ll just remove it from the van this winter and store it in the house since this pump is pretty much my entire plumbing system and I don’t use antifreeze products like an RV would. They are a bit on the loud side when running, so you may want to install them in an insulated area.

Nice pump...
This pump replaced a OEM pump in my 9 year old motor home. Its a bit quieter but not super silent if that's what your looking for. It is .4gpm better than the old one and you can really see the difference in the shower. It keeps a good flow going to my low flow shower head in the RV. This is a no brainier if you are looking for a good pump at a fair price. If you are wanting to pay more there are models that kick up a notch when you have a second tap open. If you are in the shower and your wife turns on the sink more expensive pumps will have a second stage that increases flow so the shower doesn't drop off. This one loses a bit of flow with the second tap open but how often does that happen. Probably not enough to justify doubling the price. Anyhow this pump works well and I can recommend. The pump took 20 minutes to put in and when I tested it everything flowed better. A++

Works the same as the old one and installs quickly.
Works well for my Rexhall Roseair . The model number of this one was almost the same. The only difference was the three middle numbers. The water flow went from 3.2 gpm to 3.5 gpm. but the psi was the same. The outside shape and component locations were identical but the mounting holes were a 1/4 inch off. I decided to exchange the mounting bracket with the old one. It was one hex bolt so it swapped easily and installed back in the same holes. When I removed the old pump it had a red and black wire from the coach to the two red wires of the pump. I cut the two wires leaving a piece of red wire connected to the black wire. I wrote on the plastic white clip, top and bot. for their location on the pump. I’m glad I did because the new pump came with two identical red wires and white clips. So by positioning the pump back where it goes I could see which wire attached to the black wire and clipped in the top or bottom location. I know you electrical geniuses could have done it with your eyes closed but some of us need a map. Whet dry camping and had to run the pump constantly for the whole weekend with dishes and showers . Pumped through about 60 gallons with no trouble. Didn’t notice and flow differences between the old and new pump even though the new has a .3 gpm flow increase. The pumps noise level is the same as the old pump so people know when your flushing the toilet, especially in the middle of the night. But who cares, it’s better than walking to the outhouse at two in the morning.

Works fine, a little loud
I'm using one of these to pump water from a rain barrel to a raised bed garden. It's listed as 3.5 GPM but this is only valid when it's not connected to anything on the output side. I have it hooked to about 72 feet of 1/2" poly pipe (including elbows and tees) and the GPM drops to at most 2 GPM. It's fine, it works, but the spraying drip emitters don't spray, they drip. The plastic threads make me anxious. You want to tighten things down but there's always a risk of stripping the threads. But that's what you get at this price. If you calculate that you need 3.5 GPM, then look for a larger pump than this.

Excellent pump!!!!
My first pump for my sprayer tank was not an "on demand" pump that worked fine for just spraying while driving, but when I added a spray handle, it burned out rather quickly. I bought this pump based on all the positive reviews and wanted to add my review to it to help others. I was disappointed that the holes did not line up with my previous Shurflo pump, but that was easy enough to fix by drilling new holes. I was also disappointed that it did not come with hose nipples. I used half inch copper female fittings with half inch copper pipe to make my own that work great. I've run two 275 gallon tanks through it with about 100 gallons total using the spray gun along fence lines with a lot of on and off spraying. It works perfectly!!! There is enough pressure from the pump to spray out about 30 feet. Temps where close to 100 degrees while I was out spraying and it never overheated or showed any signs of struggling. I'm very pleased and happy with it's performance.

I first purchased SHURFLO 4008-101-A65 and tested flow outside of trailer and was not happy with flow 3 liters in 1 minute and that's being generous. In trailer had same flow and pulsing water. Returned it and purchase fhis model and it's great. It's so good that the pump can actually stop while water is on full. Great flow and pressure in the shower. Smooth flow, I no pulsing. Hopefully it will last 15 years like the shirflo it's replacing. Not as quiet as I would like yet better than the old one. Easy straight forward install.
