Purchased these coolers in order to travel and keep my medication cold. It has been a life saver as it is allowed on my carry on for planes! The design is compact, easy to use and carry and is so convenient for travelling. The temperature control is perfect for keeping my meds at the proper temp even on hot long days. The container itself is very durable even after traveling with it and being dropped several time. Definitely worth the money to keep medication at the proper temps

We had to keep some typhoid vaccine pills cold on a weekend trip. No issue getting this little cooler through TSA. Easy to store, easy to use. Inside was cold when we arrived probably 10 hrs after we left our house (we did have a flight delay). Only needed it once but was very happy with the product.

Keeps my insulin cold on hot days and the freezer pack stays cold for hours. Is a nice size that fits in my purse. I was able to fit my insulin pen and a vial of my other insulin in this cooler. Excellent for traveling 👏 or going to the beach

Device works pretty well. First use, kept it in a car on a warm 80 degree day for 4 hours, then at work for another 2 before eplacing it in my mini fridge. Things were still below room temp, probably around 50 - 60 degrees. And I started by just keeping the unit in the crisper fridge overnight (34 degrees). I imagine if you freeze the insert AND the carrier, it will stay colder a little longer. Insert contents do not freeze, so it WILL NOT freeze your medicine. But I can see this unit keeping up to three std vials below 70 degrees all day if not left in a car or carried around Las Vegas on a 100 degree day, all day. It works for what I need it to do. It is metal, so keep it in the shade. BTW, standard vial is a Walmart brand Novelin-N or R, or a Lily Humalog U100 size vial. As for condensation? ANYTHING cold you put in a warm spot is going to have condensation. So this product does not have an "issue" with it, it just is. I would not count on this small, slim size lasting 12 hours on a hot day, but I have not tried that. Nor I have I put it in the freezer yet to get maximum effect. I am sure that will help. I am overall happy with what I use it for and for how long it stays cool enough. However, the cheesy engraving on it can go. "This is my special life". Like I am 14 and need that? LOL. One improvement would be to make the case like an insulated drink glass such as an Iron Flask. That would DEF keep this thing cool all day.

Easy to use, keeps the medicine cold all day, slim, attractive, great quality, and travels well.

I have the bigger coolers, Voyager and Explorer lids from 4All Family for more than 2 years. I use for my daughter growth hormone medicine. My cooler has been to Europe, Hawaii, Brazil, and many road trips around California. It works great, I can take several pens in each cooler for my 2 weeks trips. I have used both with ice and without the blue ice. For flights with more than 3 hours, I recommend with blue ice, less than 3 hours you can use the voyager with no problems. always get stopped at TSA because of the pens and needles, when they see the product, there are no questions asked. I bought the daily one now for my daughter when she goes for a sleep over at a friend’s house. I have not tested yet.. but, excited because I know it is a very quality product!!

Excellent for keeping my eye drops cool. I haven’t tested how long it would keep things cool, but I’ve used it for over 6 hours and the biogel was still frozen. Highly recommend!

Does exactly what it promises. You can put 2 pens at the same time. Ends up being a tight fit but works perfectly. Great for traveling. 12 -14 hours, no problem.

I love this Single Pen Insulin Cooler. It works great, fits in my purse and is perfect when out in the heat to keep the insulin at the perfect temperature. I recently was away and it was in the 80’s, 90’s every day and it is so handy. I was so glad I had it. thank you.
