My 11-year-old son is into world war ii. For Halloween this year I'm going to be Rosie the riveter and he's going to be a world war II soldier. We pulled out all the stops. I even got them an airsoft gun that looks just like a replica. I'm pretty sure he was a world war II and a past life. When his dad saw this helmet he couldn't believe it. The helmet is heavy and I don't know if an 11-year-old is going to wear it all Halloween evening but it's an adult size helmet. It's extremely high quality. Top tier. Every little detail that's advertised is on here. It's worth every penny. I'm pretty sure it's bulletproof!

The straps on the outer shell can sometimes come off easy, though they are not difficult to put back on, and I removed the netting and tried to put it back on (which you are able and meant to do) and it would not fit back on correctly, but it fits well enough to cause that much of a difference. Everything else about this helmet is great, and it is suprisingly good quality for the price. It doesnt weigh to much and looks great in person. I have also used it in airsoft and dropped it a few times and it didnt even damage the paint. Overall, great product.
