I keep getting IG and FB ads for a similar design but from a company I’ve never heard of before, Senarah. I own a few other JJ Cole products and have found them to be well-made so I bought this based on the (limited) reviews. It’s quite a bit less expensive than the one I saw advertised on IG/FB (the Senarah carrier). Pros: very lightweight, doesn’t take up much space (could easily fit in diaper bag). Easy to put on. Has two buckles, so it can be worn either on the left or the right hip (whereas there are other slings that only have one buckle). Affordable-priced compared to alternatives. Cons: not hands-free, cannot wear for a long time. Seems like the fabric is a bit thin TL;DR: this will not replace my Lillebaby carrier, but is nice to have for short duration carrying - for example, my 22lbs 10-month-old is clingy and wants to be held in the mornings when I’m getting ready. My arm gets really tired after about 10 mins. This’ll be great for the 15-20 mins around the kitchen when I’m getting stuff together in the morning before the nanny gets in. I wore her in it for about 30 mins today and it was pretty comfortable. I could also see it being helpful for times when a toddler doesn’t want to walk, doesn’t want to use a stroller, and wants to be held for a while (though don’t have experience with a child that walks, yet).

This was a life saver for the wife's back.

This has been useful for distributing my toddler's weight from just the one side (he likes the right hip). It's pretty simple to get around you and your toddler. Not a lot of stretch to the material, which is good. We have had it for almost 6 months and it is holding up well. It fits my 2 year old (around 25-30 pounds well). I just wish the fabric to the seat went higher up the back like some of the competitors do.

I like everything about this carrier. I purchased it for travel and wish it was something I purchased earlier to use at home as well. There recommend two improvements or “nice to have” in the design - 1. a zip-on option to extend the back support for the kiddo / or a design to help support their head/neck during naps. Would you believe my son slept like his for 2hrs through the noise of Vietnam city traffic? 2. A small pocket at each end of the shoulder strap to store a credit card, money or phone.

This came at a time when I really needed it, and it ended up providing me a lot of help. My child was about 11 months old when I started using it and she adapted to it well. I felt like tasks were easier and it took some of the weight off my arm I held her in. Would definitely recommend for clingy one year olds or pre-walkers.
