Very good process to activate it and very good to have a button on it to manage the device.

Screwed up
I would have liked to give 5* but although there were two smoke alarms there was only fittings for one. Luckily hubby has a garage full of (useful) stuff and could find fittings for the other.

Does not last 10 years ..... not even 1 year
I bought 2 of these less than a year ago and whilst one is still working the other kept going off with a low battery warning. I have had to replace it less than a year into ir's "10 year lifespan"

Fiddly to fix to ceiling
Won’t know if the battery lasts 10 years? Units fine but very fiddly to get up to ceiling
