Product seems well designed but came with damaged post. Shipper needs to look for better packaging. Takes awhile to assemble but that was expected. Hate those post we’re damaged. Or could have given higher rating.

There was a problem with delivery, because Amazon does not provide phone numbers, but the company was very helpful in expediting the delivery after the problem was noted. I use the gazebo in my back yard as a hot tub enclosure, and I'm enjoying it every day!

Wood is cheap, looks nice but cheap easily damaged. You want to struggle bus on this project here it is. You have to bolt the sides of the inner rails on the wood with no aligning holes just best guess you can. You also only have inch and a half clearance to put said bolt in which really slowed the project down. This took 2 people 9hrs to complete (reccomends 5). Also the top covers were nearly impossible to put on they want you to crawl on top of the gazebo but the thin roof was a dead no. So we bolted the first holes on the top and end. Now that this is built I love it but definitely not worth my time again.Edit: changed to a 1 star. After one wind storm the panels did not stay seated and flew off bending out of place. Going forward we will be screwing them down to not waste our money but it's bs

After three days of being up, the paint on the roof is already flaking off in three separate areas.

This gazebo is well made and fairly easy to assemble. The on-line assembly video is a must to watch before and during the assembly process. It took 2 people to assemble this, and at a few points in the process we needed 3 people. We laid all the pieces out by alphas (pieces are individually tagged with alphas which is great) on the ground before we started the process. This made locating part so easy!! Having 2 cordless drills helps as there are a lot of bolts and screws...2 people drilling at times makes it go much faster. It took us about 5 hours to put together. It's super sturdy and looks beautiful! I shopped around and Amazon deff has the best price!
