These are amazing and do exactly what they promise! I care for my 94-year-old mother, and these keep her dry like nothing else we’ve tried—perfect for both daily use and overnight. The size fits her brief perfectly, which makes a huge difference in comfort and leak protection. We recently ran out due to my own oversight, and I quickly realized that NOTHING works as well as these booster pads. If you’re caring for a loved one and need something reliable, this is the answer! These are absolutely worth it!

The boosters are shaped & sized to an adult disposable pull-up or tab diaper perfectly, it's not like a strip pad. The booster helps with light flow accidents where you are able to keep the "diaper" clean & just change the booster.

These hold a decent amount and can take some pretty hefty accidents even in store brand diapers that can barely hold one void. I did have one burst on me during a particularly bad accident, though. If you're going to use it use it in something that has a wider core like higher end pull-ups or diapers of all grades. Store bought brands like Depend and Assurance don't contain them well and the material is thinner and more fragile than the inside of the diapers.

I wear tape on adult diapers to manage heavy bladder incontinence. They work well alone most of the time. But sometimes, I need extra absorbency. Because Booster Pads work great for times when I know I will be unable to change my diaper after 4 hours like airplane flights or overnight. They come individually wrapped and look like a maxo pad without the backing. They have an adhesive strip to secure the pad where you need it. For me as a guy, I use it in the front of my diaper. They are soft and comfortable to wear. They do a great job of absorbing urine and then distributing it to the host garment, whether its a tape-on or pull-up diaper. They dont seem to add alot of extra bulk and the size is just right. They do a good job helping prevent leaks, so I can wear the diaper longer when I need to before a change. They are good value for the price. I highly recommend them if you are a heavy wetter who uses a diaper and sometimes needs extra protection.
