excellent quality however I can't tell if these are outdoor approved or not. I guess I'll find out but that should really be something that is clear and the description.

These pulleys seem WAY stronger and tougher than I was expecting. The plating is great, so they'd probably hold up well outside, with a little lubrication. The pulleys turn with almost no friction. Much better product than I was expecting!

I am using these on a counter weight to close the screen door. Does the job well. They do make a squeeky sound that many mistake for a bird, but I don't mind, as that helps me to be aware when I have visitors.

I needed something that would enable me to mount a ladder in my ceiling, raising and lowering it. These worked perfectly with the rope that I had. Great price and great quality.
