I have curly and wavy hair that is very sensitive to humidity. I use prayer hands to apply this gel like serum and it makes my hair frizz free and super soft. I just wish it was more product for the price.

Aesop Tame Hair Serum was my first purchase from this line, recently. It's improved the texture of my hair. I'd used Kiehl's Silk Serum for years but they discontinued it like so many of their products. After lots of searching, I found Aesop and am very pleased with my purchases so far. The Tame Hair Serum helps keep control of my frizzy hair. The fragrance is fantastic and lasts all day.

I’ve been getting a lot of compliments on my hair since I started using this. I think it attracts dirt though because I get the “dirty hair” smell quicker and need to shampoo more often. It makes up for that by adding a nice “second day” look to freshly washed hair and my scalp has been healthier from more active washing with zinc shampoo. I think it’s a good product if you have thick wavy hair that gets unruly after washing but still needs regular cleaning.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Because of the good reputation of Aesop. I really like its products.

Did not feel like a serum at all. Felt like more of a very watered down hand soap. Smell was amazing, but doubting this is even "serum". Does not smooth hair, only left a slight fragrance that disappeared withing 30 minutes. Definitely not worth the money.

I couldn't tell you if this actually does anything but I've been using it for years and I like the way it smells.

The hair serum works and conditions your hair while leaving it soft and frizz free. Love Aesop !
