So far (about a week in) since I have been taking these vitamin gummies I have had a little bit more energy during the day, my digestive system seems to be working a little bit better, and I am not as sore as I typically am. So it's hard to know whether these multivitamins actually "work" because it's not like I can test its effectiveness in a controlled experiment. However, if the evaluation criteria is based on taste and price, then these multivitamins score high on both. They're also easy to digest and it's easy to pretend that they're just fruit gummies so I personally prefer them more than taking them via pill form where you often have to cut the pills so that they're easy to swallow.
