I’m thankful for all the information provided on Amazon link. Read everything multiple times. I used them for the first time last night. Only for about ten minutes. Painful. After taking them off and going to bed, I felt relaxed. Like I just had a ten minute therapy session. I’m so glad I purchased these. I’m going to only do ten minutes each day before bed for this first week. I really noticed a difference this morning after getting up. No pain when I took my first walk out of bed. I’ve been up two and half hours. No pain when I walk. No lower back pain. Great buy.

No reflexology felt, poor design, poorly made, little spring balls kept coming out of shoe, very dangerous for my crawling baby

I have the worst plantars fasciitis and almost constantly in pain, even when wearing inserts and correct shoes. These slippers are holy jeez UGLY BUT my feet felt such relief after just wearing 10 minutes! Especially, my flared up foot. Right now, it’s temporary but I feel confident that after consistent wearing, my feet will be so much better! Get them! No, you don’t wear them in public, no, they aren’t supposed to be stylish, yes, they work! GET THEM IF YOUR FEET HURT! I got mine a size bigger because I was scared they would be too small but they do the job! And if my husband wants to use them, he can. For as cheap as they are, the quality is pretty heavy duty but the pop things, are a little wonky but hardly can tell but if you can, just push it in more! You definitely will clomp around in them, they make a plastic hollow noise but I’m not phased. As far as the “pain”, definitely not as bad as I read it would be. I wear my light fuzzy socks with them and am good to go! Get these, the $$, you can’t beat it. I had purchased some prior to these and they were $30 *almost* same quality and they worked/felt the exact same! Give your tootsies some relief!!

I found these by searching “gifts for elderly” once I got them I gifted them to my elderly family member and he couldn’t wear them they hurt he said. So I thought I would keep them for myself and yes it’s true they even hurt me. They recommend wearing 15 each day but they hurt so bad to walk on them. Even I couldn’t do it.

This is gimmicky at best. No real results of relief of plantar fasciitis

This feels great it a lil painful at first but now it helps my feet a lot . Especially standing 8 straight hours!!! It has springs so that is a plus! Definitely recommend
