But it is a very small dose and only an EXTRACT. The directions are only one tablet per meal and 20 minutes before eating. This dosage does NOTHING. You must take 2-3 tablets and this will only work on complex carbs. AT that point this become very expensive. I have used it for a few days and saw no results until I did research. There are other brands out there that have better ingredients and about 1/2 the price.
