Women's, Teen, Adult Classic Elastic 3, 4, 5 Layered Tulle Tutu Skirt

It is quite full once you fluff it. The skirt ended up being under a feather skirt. For my daughter's halloween costume. She was The Black Swan. ALL of her costume pieces with exception of the feather skirt, she got off of Amazon too!

Softer tulle than expected, nice color, fit was comfortable, and I appreciated that the waistband is purple to match the rest of it. The smell was also not bad. Returning because it wasn't fluffy enough (probably because of the comfy, soft tulle).

OK - it stinks! Not sure of what, but P-ewwww as other have said. I first soaked it in dish soap and vinegar and 2nd soak in soap and baking soda - fingers crossed! Water dark gray both times (maybe dye? or stinky stuff? or both?). I don't care about that so much as long as I can destroy the stench! It's like it came out smelling bad so makers decided to drench it in cheap perfume to mask the odor. Not really fishy to me, but..... Stinky part aside, the crinoline itself seems well enough made. I had hoped for a bit longer, but there weren't many options and above the knee crinolines all seemed to be this 16" length. It is longer on me than the model and my photo shows it about to my knees but that is camera angle. I am 5'5" and from my waist to top of my knees is about 20". but because it flares - it looks about 3 inches above my knees. I have a 30" waist and this fits very comfortably BUT has a lot of stretch. I did not measure the give, but the seller description is probably accurate. And it would fit a smaller waist as well. All seems to be accurate, they just don't mention the off putting aroma. I'd buy again as I'm sure smell will at least dissipate with washings and airings.

The fit and style is fine but it smells so bad. The smell is nauseating!

This is perfect if you want to put it under a skirt for extra "poofiness". The color was exactly as shown and the size was no issue with the waistband being stretchy. It was comfortable, but did feel a little cheap, which for the price makes sense. It's good and gets the job down, but never used it as a normal tutu, but something to be layered.

The waistband is not very flexible. It is not comfy at all and I planned on wearing it for a long period of time. The color was an exact match but the smell of glue when I received was terrible. I had to put it outside it made me sick

I bought this for part of my Halloween costume and it was better quality then I thought ! The tutu was great quality and fuller then Anticipated! Highly recommend it the orange was such a nice color also not to bright nor to dark

Daughter wore this as a fairy for Halloween. It was super cute and did the trick!

The product came quickly and it fits perfectly. The only problem that I had with it is it had a funny smell almost fishy when I opened it I gave it a quick wash and everything is all right. It’s actually quite great product.
