It's inexpensive and it is refreshing. You just squirt out some of the lotion, rub your (clean) hands and pat it onto face and neck. While this one doesn't have sunscreen, I prefer to put a mineral sunscreen on after applying this moisturizer, because I don't care for the chemical sunscreen ingredients in most "moisturizer plus SPF" products. The lotion is relatively thin, so it doesn't leave a thick residue on your face. The scent is very mild; it's not exactly the way it smelled years ago when this was sold in a glass bottle, but it's close. A pleasant, light sort of floral-almond scent. It's easy to apply and reapply because it sinks in.
