It only shows when I'm wearing a very thin shirt. Sometimes I ripple it but that's a human error thing .. with practice you get better at a smooth application.I accidentally left them on for about 24 hours. When I woke up one had fallen off and the other stayed. The one that stayed was irritated. So don't wear it for long periods of time.Update: Good for occasional use, NOT daily use. Not sure if it's the product or my nipple skin is sensitive, but a few days after wearing them daily for about 8 hours, my skin is grumpy.
