Fills me up while allowing hydration 2.) light flavor. I've found it a little sweet so I do half a scoop at a time. I also occasionally mix with orange Gatorade for the extra hydration and the flavor combo is pretty dang good. 3.) the dissolvability - it foams up a LOT, but it only takes about 2-3 minutes to go fully down. I use a 32 ounce bottle, half a scoop, shake the crap out of it and let it sit while I do work then top it up. Having said that, if you are gluten free due to Celiac disease or severe gluten intolerance, I’d definitely get a firm “No” before trying it. If it’s a choice not to consume gluten, it may be worth risking it… I do not believe anything listed as ingredients contains gluten, but I have serious digestive issues, and don’t risk it if I think there MIGHT be a problem. The only other clear protein brand I’ve tried is Seeq which blends very well but always has an odd aftertaste in all of their flavors. I would not say that this is LEMONADE if you’re looking for something that perfectly matches lemonade. It has a little bit of the same aftertaste as seeq which I can imagine is more sweetener related. It does have a nice citrus flavor and is a refreshing way to get protein. Though I would say it has to be cold. The blending is the largest issue. It will blend eventually. I have a decent shaker bottle and I would shake it a lot, let it settle, and go again about 5x to get less clumping. It is the biggest drawback.
