Will this work with the respironics wisp nasal mask ?

I do not know but it works fine on an F20 mask. You can compare images to see if they are similar enough.

Do you know if this neck pad will fit the straps for an f&p vitera full mask?

That is in fact the mask I use! Works great.

What is the fabric used for aveeno cpap strap covers?

I am not sure exactly what it is, but it feels like a polyester type. Kind of a thin felt/microfleece.

Do you know this strap works with resmed airfit f30?

I have a Resmed mask, full face, but this strap works on the HEADGEAR! If your mask has a head strap that looks like this picture, all will work. The main part is in back and wraps around the vertical piece connecting the top strap to the cheek pieces. You wrap that around then wrap the cheek pieces. Mine keeps all the marks off my face and makes the headgear a lot more comfortable.
