Requested for a replacement as the item was defective on first delivery. Second time also, they sent the defective piece.

The media could not be loaded. Nice product, easy to install and worth for money .

Yellow light dispatched not white.
No packaging at all. The led driver also not fixed. The packaging box also found in worst condition. Very small connecting wire. The order is for white light but when checked found yellow light and it's also not seen as 6 W.

Quality compromised
Product is nicely functioning but the attachment of light's screw with round wall mount plate is very low quality. The way is just carefully install it on wall and adjust its light through up or down very carefully then never touch it unnecessarily as it may come out in hand.
