I appreciate the lower dosage as the higher doses have created some issues for me. If you need or want a higher dose you can double up on the pills. This are very small capsules if you have trouble swallowing bigger ones. I have never had an issue with this brand and feel that the quality is good.

The vitamin D3 2000 IU (50 mcg) was delivered to me today 2/17/2026. The expiration date is July 2025? I am going to take it hope nothing happens to me.
