Inside that 6” pipe there should be a tablet rack which typically will hold around 15 tablets and as the water flows in the horizontal pipe, it erodes the bottom tablet away. 15 tablets last the typical system 3-6 months depending on usage. **Q: Any tips on how to get the bucket open so we can get to the tablets?** A: The bottom part of the lid has a plastic strip that needs to be removed before you can open container. Take a screw driver or pliers at the front slot break the seal and peel the strip 360 degrees and remove.
