No receipt of BOL. No repair parts list. Nothing to tell me about replacing batteries or light bulb. The pad for the arm strap lasted less than a month. Again here is where some documentation would have been handy so a new pad could have been ordered. When the Ergobaum crutches first arrived I called the company and was told the documentation had not been translated. I emailed the person that emailed to ask if I needed 1 or 2. The reply told me documentation was on the way.
