Live in Minnesota, winters tough & snow cover long. Rabbits hide under & feed on cedar hedge. Will this stuff work over winter?

Yeah, it will, but not on others who eat our bark bushes, too (mice especially). We use plain old moth balls dropped right down in the center and around the bush base. G'luck, from Buffalo NY

Interesting, it's apparently a packaging problem for shipping here, because it's not an EPA violation since there is no poison in the ingredients. I live in San Diego also, usually purchase the 2.5 lb shaker container at Home Depot but decided to try Amazon instead for convenience. I saw this 2 lb package option and decided to try it to refill my shaker container. Then the message came up that I could not get this package shipped to me, with no explanation as to the actual reason, but there was no problem getting the 2.5 lb container shipped. It's the same ingredients, so it must have something to do with the packaging

Does this contain Pindone?

No, dried blood and white pepper from the ingredients. If you have dogs that have access indo NOT recommend. Will not hurt them but they will try eat it and your plant. It does work but requires multiple applications.
