For a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie, this is quite tasty! I like the flavor and the texture/consistency reminds me of Famous Amos cookies. My biggest reasons for giving 4 stars instead of 5 are cost and delivery. Cost: While delicious, these cookies are rather expensive. I'm not sure how often I would be willing to buy them when they are about $4.78 a box. Delivery: The boxes I received had a lot of broken cookies. There were maybe 4 or 5 whole cookies in a box of about 21 (based on the serving size of 3 and there being 7 servings per container). This was true for 2 of the 3 boxes, though I suspect the third box will be the same when I get around to opening it. And it's not that these are just broken in half - it's more like cookie crumbs in the bag, with nearly half of the cookies broken into tiny pieces, while others are in small chunks, leaving just a few whole cookies. I'm not sure it's worth buying if the cookies are going to be mostly crumbled.

If you’re looking for a cookie that contains no vegetable oils and is made with almond flour these are a great choice. They’re only 4 grams of carb per cookie and actually have protein. As someone with a serious medical condition these make a great treat.

These cookies are so good! They are healthier than other cookies and not too expensive. They are a certain texture and taste but are very unique and good.

For someone with stomach issues, these cookies are great. I am unable to eat anything with high fructose corn syrup, and these cookies do not have that. They are delicious (better when they go in the refrigerator).
