Polaris engineering issue.
We on our 3rd tensioner, yes our little 90 gets the crap rode out of it. Cheap spring and nylon roller take alot of wear. Very easy to install with chain off sprocket

roller off alignment
the tensioner at the Roller has a 1/4" space between roller and main part this causes a problem with chain alignment I was able to use the spring on the old trensioner

Good fit, junk part
My kids ride their Sportsman 90 pretty hard, but I was disappointed to only get a couple weeks out of this part. The arm is already bent and the roller chewed up. I wish I had just swapped the spring and kept the factory arm. Attached picture is this brand-new tensioner after being installed for less than two weeks. It bent and the chain chewed up the roller. Found an even cheaper version of the tensioner that is made from a solid piece instead of stamped and have installed that one instead.

Seems fine
Pretty cheap component, but, it's on a cheap kids quad, so it fits the bill.

will not fit rzr 170. bracket is too thick. its binding the spring and won't let it move. ended up just using the new spring and roller with old bracket
