I have no idea how to fix one of the knobs that fell off and can't find a way to contact this SHEIN/TEMU-adjacent company. Spring for the expensive toaster with a solid brand name behind it. This one is trash!

We purchased our PYY Conveyor Toaster in November 2023, and it has worked perfectly for our very busy dining room. It is used heavily on a daily basis, and we have been very pleased with the quality and results. We recently experienced an issue with the elements not working properly and contacted the Support Team. I received a reply in less than 24 hours and they resolved my issue immediately. This toaster was bought for a busy restaurant kitchen. It keeps up with the demand, though sometimes a second round of toasting is needed depending on the type or thickness of bread. The staff loves it and it is definitely recommended!

Toaster worked great for about 9 months when both heating elements went out at once. Like others I was unable to find any contact information about toaster warranty on Amazon. Decided to crack the toaster open and see if I could just figure it out myself. It was then that I discovered the contact information! Big sticker on the side of the machine. I emailed them and explained the problem. They responded that day, with detailed instructions on how to open the unit and snap a picture of the area that they believed was the cause. With nothing more than a Philips screw to move remove 2 screws, I was at the suggested area. Emailed the photo the following day and again, I got response that day informing me that they were going to ship the needed replacement parts in order to fix it. It was very user friendly to replace and repair the issue. Parts needed were easily accessible and simple to replace, with their detailed instructions and support. I am very pleased with the outcome along with there prompt support, quickly resolving the issue. I have added a pic of the sticker should others removed it out of concern for it burning off. (obviously it doesn't)

We purchased this for our hotel lobby to use in our breakfast area and we couldn't be more pleased with this toaster. Set-up was easy and the design fits perfectly in the space provided. Customers find it easy to use for bread, bagels, English muffins, etc. Toasted items come out quickly and perfectly every time. I would definitely recommend for any size business whether it's low or high volume.

PYY corrected the issue with a very satisfying response and results. Thank you pyy customer support ordered the machine and within the warranty period it quit working. i contacted PYY and they had me troubleshoot the machine once i found the issues they had me send pictures of the defective parts. on Oct 4th they said they would ship the parts in a few days. i have not received any parts as of Dec 17th 2024 nor will they even respond back to my e-mail inquiry to the parts. DONT DO BUSINESS with a company that cant do what they say. you do the work for them and they treat you like you don't matter vs sending a $20 part Greg

I bought this for my restaurant and I love it! it doesn't need much assembling so I had it out of the box and working in 15min. I was nervous to buy a commercial toaster off of Amazon, but I've worked in a few restaurants with this type of toaster and it seems to be the exact same quality!
