The PCV is built into the valve cover and so I opted for this kit. I like that it contained new bolts, oil cap, and PCV hose. (Note: The hose must be trimmed for length, but otherwise works perfectly). It installed easily, and everything aligned perfectly. I highly recommend this kit if your Altima is smoking after long drives (PCV sucking oil) or if you have oil in your plug wells causing misfires. I had both problems and this solved them both (I also had to replace plugs and coils because carbon tracks had formed from arching through the oil) Fits great, no leaks. 1-2 hour install, depending on your skill level and tool set.
