This is one of the best omega-3 supplements I’ve tried: the formula combines fish, krill and salmon oil with phospholipids and astaxanthin for a full-spectrum, highly effective omega-3, and it’s all non-GMO, gluten-free and third-party tested, which gives me confidence in the quality. The softgel size is very manageable to swallow, and the little orange heart you see in the bottle is actually there to absorb odor, so the capsules don’t have that strong fishy smell and taste many other brands do. I can’t for certain say the Omega-3 alone gives me more energy, or helps with pain relief, as I am talking other supplements at the same time, but I definitely feel better after taking them all (they were all sent to me based on very detailed blood work and Dr. + AI leveraged analysis). Overall, feels like a premium supplement and, especially when you factor in the quality of ingredients and certifications.

Been through so many fish oil brands and here’s my advice: If you’re going to take fish oil, it’s absolutely crucial to get one that is high quality. This means it must be low in heavy metals and be wild caught from the pacific ocean. It must smell like fresh fish. It must not contain ethyl esters as they cause inflammation. Sports Research fish oil products aren’t cheaply made and this one is the top of the line. I can feel a difference in my mental clarity and my blood pressure is lower on a good fish oil, and this product has the most dramatic effects!

This is a great product and I take it once a night with other supplements before I go to. I have noticed a tremendous decrease in brain fog and lack of memory retention. Losing a lot of weight from other treatments has also helped but this product stands alone on its own merit. I purchased it on a regular basis every month and a half or so.

Highly reviewed and researched brand for quality. I take daily. Strong fish smell, but worth it.

I haven't been taking this product long enough to experience any major health benefits, but based on the research I've done and the ingredients I'm sure the benefits are coming. The purpose of this review is to address the issue of the infamous fishy burps that many products claim will not happen. Here's the deal, I started taking one (1) pill a day with a meal as recommended and had zero (0) problem with fishy burps. BUT the serving size is two (2) pills and to get the full health benefits I decided to up my dosage to the recommended daily serving size. Well, the burps that only a pelican's mom would love started immediately! The next day I took one pill and no dolphin belching. The next day I took two again and immediately began spewing mouth fumes like an orca. It would probably work for me to take one in the morning and one at night to hit that magic pill count, but I don't typically eat breakfast and I don't think taking one on an empty stomach with my morning coffee is a good idea. Results may vary as we all have much different guts, but I thought I would share my tale of smelling like a front row seat at the sushi bar. Bonus: the little lemon wedge is cute and technically helps the odor when opening the bottle smell more like a poached salmon in a lemon beurre blanc. It is definitely a sign of the intellectual capacity of our society that they needed to print "do not eat" on the lemon wedge. Honestly, I wish they didn't as version of natural selection. Can you imagine how fun it would be to read the reviews of those that ate the plastic lemon scented wedge?!? It would be sooooo good, but sadly that joy has been taken from us by the lawyers. My actual review is 4.5 Stars but Amazon doesn't like fractions: 5 Stars for product -0.5 Star for fish burps when taken as directed 4.5 STAR is pretty good net review
