We needed kids gaiters for a trip to the beach fast - and these were just what we were looking for. Easy for my kids (9 and 7) to pull up and down and stay in place. There is a filter pocket if you want them to work more like a regular mask. I don't think these replace a mask in most settings (not cotton and thin), but for outdoor settings they add a nice lightweight layer.

My daughter has been wearing an adult adjustable gaiter. She asked for a kids one. I found this one while searching with the word “adjustable” kids neck gaiter. 1) only the blue is adjustable via pictures and I didn’t pay that close attention to it 2) limited colors along with only one being adjustable.

I love that he can’t lose it and it’s super soft. I feel a lot better using filters than trusting weave etc. It also lasts longer because I wash and reuse knowing the filter is what maters not the material or weave of the fabric.

I ordered a set of children's and a set of adults. They were all 4 the same exact size - and all 4 too big for my 5 and 8 year old boys. There is no difference in sizing just the way they market them, and they are useless for my kids.

I bought these and a few character neck gaiters for my grandson. The masks were harder for him to keep up with so I went with the gaiters. He loves them. He keeps it around his neck. They came with the extra filters inside but those are a little small and he said he can't breath too well.If you'd like to get your little one to embrace it have them put it on and then try to add the filter. They will gladly take it without the filter but may not complain about the tightness or uncomfortable ear loops. This was perfect and came with 2 or 3 in the pack. Helped us out tremendously. He keeps it with him naturally with no complaints.

They're ok for walking around use, but with the filter installed they don't wrap around the nose. Also the filters are a little larger than the pocket so they don't fit flat. But even without the filter, they won't stay around the face skiing on a 10 year old girl while skiing. I just don't know why manufacturers are making these things as large as they are. They're very stretchy and could be a couple inches smaller for a snug fit. As it is they stretch out and are basically loose.

My 11yo loves this gaiter. However, he can't use it with the filter as he can't breathe well with the filter in (inhaling is difficult). Luckily his school allows this to meet the 2-ply guidelines since there is a distinct pocket for the filter. Perhaps we could try a coffee filter instead, but we have not done that yet. Otherwise, this is my son't favorite face protection.

These are great and adjust to fit your little just perfect! Fits my 4 and 10yo kiddos perfectly when adjusting to each. They are lightweight yet offer the filter so you can use them when schools require a 2 ply mask
