these capsules are huge and a couple have been stuck in my throat..... when they came back up, not only was the taste disgusting but the texture and look of them was exactlyu the same as eating a lump of your own poo........ cant take any more so for me definitely not value for money as Ive wasted £16

So far the improvement witnessed is good so these capsules appear to do the job intended!

Fatty liver

I’ve been taking 7 supplements daily for my Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) since 2018: Vitamin C; folic acid; selenium; NAC; MSM; Taurine and Milk Thistle. Healing a fatty liver is very slow going, I had an issue with Paracetamol and Lansoprazole, cutting out the former completely and changing the latter to Omeprazole helped a lot but my levels were still way too high and refusing to budge anymore. NAFLD isn't treated on the NHS, they only monitor it with regular blood tests and scans when necessary. I got a book from Amazon at the end of 2017 about how to heal a fatty liver and have been taking these 7 supplements since the beginning of 2018 every day ever since then. I don't actually feel any better, but my bloodwork has improved massively since taking them and my doctor has told me that it is working so to carry on doing what I'm doing.At the beginning of May 2020, I read a report that trials were about to start using a new supplement that contains 5 ingredients, 2 of which I am already taking but I thought I should add in the other 3; Choline, Dandelion and Artichoke. One of the problems with NAFLD is that I have a very low immune system so catch everything that’s going so I need to take care but strangely it didn’t make it onto the NHS list!Looking at the ingredients list of this supplement, many of what I currently take are contained within, so I need to stop taking those individual supplements and take this instead. You need to take 2 a day of these, so it will be fewer actual capsules/tablets that I need to take each day, which is good. The pack of 120 will last for 2 months and taking into consideration the ones I won't need to take during that time, I think that they are good value. They are easy to swallow capsules and don't seem to have any taste or odour that I can tell, but I don't have the best sense of smell.

For just under £16 at time of review you're getting 120 capsules of liver support supplements, taken at the recommended dose of 2 per day then you'd have a 2 month supply. Not a bad price at all.However in my honest opinion I would be inclined with supplements like this to use them sporadically (just my opinion)When I started taking these I did notice that I was getting rid of a lot more poo and felt like I'd been proper cleaned out lol. My wee also looks clearer!These definitely made me evacuate more!With that in mind I did decide to stop taking them for about a week as I'd felt that my liver had been thoroughly supported lol.Not sure if that's these supplements doing that but I did feel better after taking them.They arrive in a sealed bag rather than a pot which I'm not a great lover of. Much prefer supplements in pots tbh.They are batch numbered and have a good long best before date of nearly 2 years.They contain a good mix of nutrients in particular Choline which is good for maintaining normal liver function.As with all supplements, check with your health care professional before taking supplements especially if you're pregnant, taking regular medication and /or have a medical condition.These capsules are suitable for vegetarians.These capsules are produced on equipment which also processes nuts, milk, shellfish, soya and fish, so check regarding allergies before buying these.They don't taste of much but the initial taste reminds me of the smell of peanuts!The capsules are clear so you can see the powdered ingredients inside which are orangy brown in colour.I suppose the colour lends itself to the turmeric inside.They're easy enough to swallow with water being average size and about the same size as a pain killer.Great supplements for supporting your liver function and happy to take these on an adhoc basis (1 week on, 1 week off.... Just my personal preference)

You get 120 capsules here that are of typical size and easy enough to swallow. They are made using a vegetarian capsule shell and the product is clearly stated as being suitable for vegetarians. I suspect it is not suitable for vegans because it contains vitamin D3 that they have probably got from a vegetarian rather than vegan source. You take two capsules daily so this will last you two months in total. You get a long expiry date of two years from the time of ordering. The mix of vitamins and Botanics are impressive and this product is good value for money and certainly want to consider.
