Much better than expected
I bought this for my son who suffered a brain injury last year and is relearning to walk. This walker i think will be a game changer for him. It is MUCH sturdier than i had expected and i love the possibilities that come with this. The only issue we’ve had is more patient-related. My son’s core strength still isn’t very good, so the seat/harness thing doesn’t work well for him as he keeps sliding forward. But that is just because he lacks core strength. So, as a solution for this, i bought a padded climbing harness that fastens around his waist and legs, and i am planning to try it again with that in place of the original.

Not crafted safely
I received this product box was completely destroyed looked like it had been purchased and returned a few times prior to me. I purchased this for my disabled husband and I put it together but when I went to add on the extra wheels they only had the hole attachment for one wheel not both. When I tried the walker for safety it not only tipped over on the side where the wheel was missing but my arms got stuck between the bars and the grip handles so I immediately packed it back up and returned. 6 wheels only 5 places to put them the right side bar in the middle was forgotten. Can’t give it a 1 because it’s not deserving it’s very unsafe.

Really terrific mobility device
This is a very well designed mobility device for those who cannot walk at all, but can move around given the balance provided by this walker. Very stable given all the wheels an wheel locks provided. This has been a great walker to keep my wife's muscles active. The price is very reasonable too. Only mystery is the bar that protrudes up in the front leading to nowhere. The instructions and the pictures give no guidance as to what it is for. Maybe a stick a flower in it?

Just not strong enough.
I’m afraid that this was just not strong enough for someone who has to rely on the walker to support full weight. This was for an ALS patient who barely weighs 150 lbs and that was too much weight. The extra outrigger wheels folded and without them you cannot balance. This unit now is a tip over walker. If the patient can 95% support themselves and this unit is just that extra balance need then this”should” work. Its not badly built but certainly not industrial built.

Excellent product. Easy to assemble. Works very well.
Meets the needs of a 61 year stroke patient trying to regain her ability to walk alone.

Item is not sturdy.
Item will not hold a grown man. It may work fine if patient is small. They will not allow returns but only replacement which will not help in our situation.

Walker is huge!!!
I bought this product to learn how to walk again. It is made out of great material but was way to big for my apartment. I thought it would at least have hand brakes but I was wrong. Once you got into the contraption the brakes were on the wheels itself like a hospital bed. How does that let you control all the wheels? It doesn't I tipped forward just getting into the standing position. The wide wheel base didn't help and my physical therapist had to catch me with a gate belt still to keep me from falling. I would only recommend this product if you had a place like a gym to use it and to make sure that you don't get forward or backwards you need to have a physical therapist present. I was just trying to get my legs stronger and it was more difficult for me it scared me when the whole thing went forward I could really hurt myself I would not recommend this product unless you use it in a big open gym with a therapist around. I had to box it back up and send it back.
