The Glow Getter Multi-Oil Hydrating Body Wash, Gentle Cleanser, 16.9 oz

TLDR: Glow getter has amazing clean gentle yet effective ingredients in a massive bottle to last you forever! Super hydrating and great if you’re looking for a WONDERFUL hydrating wash for your face that doesn’t dry you out or strip your skin. As a girl with dehydrated oily skin I cannot suggest a better product. I do really love this body wash but for the price, I can't justify using it all the time as it doesn't last long for me. I have been on and off switching back to this as a body wash over the past year and just recently decided to stop using as a body wash altogether and switch back to Dove for economical reasons. I have dehydrated oily skin and I always prioritize hydration; I used to use Cerave hydrating foaming oil cleanser as my face wash and it's not bad but I wanted better (best non drying face wash I tried but still not the greatest). I've been researching hydrating, gentle, effective face washes for my skin type, and given how this body wash made my body feel and the pH of it (4.25-4.75, great range for face products), I decided to give this a try on my face. GIRL WHEN I TELL YOU MY SKIN HAS NEVER FELT BETTER!!!!! I use a single pump and lather real good into my hands and wash my face with warm water for a minute and rinse with cold water. The ingredients are so gentle and nice and leaves my skin feeling soft, supple, and hydrated, which is a great base for my other hydrating moisturizers! I normally would never advocate for using a body wash on your face as not all washes are created equal (shampoo =/= dish soap =/= hand soap =/= body wash =/= laundry detergent etc), but Naturium is what I'd refer to as a "skincare body brand". A lot of their body products are created with a skincare approach and not just a "get clean" approach by using better ingredients and ones that are meant to tackle skin problems, so for that reason I felt confident putting this on my face. Something else I ADORE about this product is the ingredients! For glow getter, the first ingredient is glycerin which helps to draw moisture into the skin which is wonderful in itself. Followed by water, there’s two other surfactants (cleaning agents that remove dirt and oils) next that are great for all skin types. The first is coco betaine which is more of a general surfactant and the other (which I’m most happy about) is disodium cocoamphodiacetate which is very mild but SUPER effective. It’s a non-irritating ingredient used a lot in sensitive skin products and best of all baby products! I AM NOT SAYING THIS PRODUCT IS SAFE FOR BABIES. DO NOT TAKE THIS AS ME ADVOCATING ON PUTTING THIS ON A BABY, I AM NOT A DOCTOR OR DERMATOLOGIST. DO NOT PUT THIS ON A BABY!!!!! I’m just very happy to see something so gentle on the list. The majority of the other ingredients are just plant extracts or other emulsifiers/preservatives needed to let it last on shelves ofc and the entire formula is so simple and gentle making me love it even more. If you're looking for a hydrating face wash and have troubles finding a good one, I HIGHLY recommend the glow getter body wash. I cannot speak on the other body washes as I’ve only ever used glow getter. As someone with dehydrated oily skin that "hydrating" products never seem to work on, I 1000000% recommend this no matter what skin type you have. Helps great with acne and oil production, and good hydration starts with a good foundation, which is this! I use this only at night since I use cleaning wipes in the AM for my face cleaning but I'm sure it would be no issues if used twice daily. I use one pump a day and it will most definitely last forever lol. A great option if you want an economical, skin-safe, hydrating, moisturizing face wash!!!!

HALLELUJAH!!! This is the body wash I’ve been searching for my entire life 💯! My skin is sensitive and DRY like the Sahara desert. After showering I HAVE to moisturize...I don’t have a choice. I have not gone a day in my showering life without moisturizing afterwards. I’ve tried EVERY “moisturizing body wash” on the market and THIS ONE IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!!!! The first time using Naturium body wash I loved the barely there natural pleasant scent. One pump = lather was nice :) Two pumps = a seriously luxurious lather But one pump does the job nicely. My skin noticeably GLOWS with moisture, feels soft, supple and smooth 😍 DAY 1 w NATURIUM THE GLOW GETTER I jump out of the shower and pat myself slightly dry…I brushed my teeth and started to get dressed. I HAD TO ASK MYSELF “DID I MOISTURIZE MY BODY?” NOOO I DIDN’T!!! This has never happened to me in my entire life. I didn’t moisturize after a shower?!!! I honestly couldn’t believe it, those words have never come out of my mouth in the 51 years living on this planet. Bye bye crocodile skin!!!! This product is Unbelievable!!! I suggest you use a matt in your tub as this product is oil based. Will be using FOREVER!!!! Update: I use as face wash and shaving for smooth glowing soft skin!!!

Oil-based body care products are kind of my thing right now and it was this product that introduced me to the Naturium line. I can't believe everything I've been missing out on. This body wash is hydrating and easily rinseable - and you can accomplish several goals at once if you use it with an exfoliating sponge or loofah (I use the Kitsch African Net). Exfoliation, cleansing, and first-layer moisturizing all in one fell swoop! It's immediately softening, and I appreciate that it's also gentle enough to use on my face. (If you mix together a pea size of a Palmer Coconut facial scrub, or other scrub, and a little of the Glow Getter, or other facial cleanser, you can get the cleansing/exfoliation combination for your face, too.) I see reviews mentioning they don't like the scent, or they love the scent, but I really don't smell any scent at all, so it's not something I even take it into consideration post-shower when I'm adding other body oils and/or my perfume (it's so complicated to be a girl!). The large bottles look great next to each other in my shower; I like their uniformity. My only caution would be to take care when using the pump. This cleanser is a thinner consistency, and it shoots out really far from the bottle, something I haven't noticed in the other, thicker Naturium body washes. But once you know it's going to do that, it's easy enough to be a little more gentle with the dispensing. It may leave a residual amount of oil on your shower floor, so if you've never used an oil-based body wash before be aware of that as well. I always rinse the floor of my shower when I'm done because of conditioner anyway and I haven't had any problems with slipping. Nice product at a reasonable(ish) price for the size. Highly recommend, with the above caveats.

This is the perfect body wash. It is a little more expensive, and it doesn't last me a super long time, but because it is such a treat to use, I just don't care. This body wash both cleanses my skin and removes the need for any type of lotion/post-shower moisturizer, even throughout Minnesota winter. This was a huge selling point for me; lotion is such a hassle, a sticky, sensory nightmare I am happy to discard! I am more hydrated after my showers now, in the most natural-feeling, non-sticky/gummy or 'wet' way that other moisturizers can be. Amazing! This used with an exfoliating glove gives me the smoothest skin. It really surprises me people don't like the smell. The Glow Getter variety in particular smells really nice to me! It was another key selling point for me. Scents and noses and skin chemistry are so variable I guess, but to me and my husband's noses, it's a light scent, not too sweet of perfumey, that lingers just the right amount and length of time (a few hours maybe). I can't really describe it, just lightly sweet, soothing, while still smelling 'clean'. It smells very natural to me, non-offensive. I've tried the Smoother variety as well, and that one did not smell as good, not bad though, although I cannot recall exactly why or what it smelled like. All in all, I recommend this soap to everyone! If you don't like applying lotion, try this body wash! As the very last step in my shower, I apply a pump or two of this all over, then AVOID the water for a minute or two to let it really hydrate my skin. I'll then rinse really quickly and gently with some cool water, making sure I don't fully strip off all that slippery hydration. Then dry gently. Extra hydrated, extra smooth, no lotion or oil needed!

The product is great— hydrating and softening to be sure. It has a slight scent, almost buttery! The one complaint I have is that it makes my shower floor really slippery, so I’m afraid it’s a no from me dog.

I feel like I keep this item in production. For almost a year I've been using this along with the moisturizer and it has been a game changer for my skin. It's so moisturizing and has my skin feeling silky smooth. I don't deal with any irritation with it and feel the ingredients are natural and understandable. It starts as an oil consistency, but quickly foams up. The SMELL is also incredible. Just very warm and clean. I'm a forever user

Review: I really like this body wash—it feels super hydrating and leaves your skin soft and smooth after using it. It has a nice, gentle feel and doesn’t dry out your skin at all. That said, I do feel like you have to use quite a bit each time, so it goes pretty fast, especially with multiple people using it. It’s also a little on the expensive side for how quickly we go through it. My two daughters absolutely love it though, so we keep buying it. Overall, a great product, just wish it lasted a bit longer for the price.

Extremely satisfied with this product and will be permanently adding to my hygiene routine. I’ve tried SEVERAL (clean and not clean ingredient) brands that claim to leave your skin soft, but alas have fallen short. This truly leaves your skin sooooo soft and moistured plus it has clean ingredients. Its like a thick serum texture that spreads and lathers beautifully. A little goes a long way. I purchased the non scented one but it does have a mild scent, I can’t quite put my finger on it but I personally don’t find it unpleasant and I’m very sensitive to scents. It washes off easily and does not leave an oil residue afterwards. With all that said, it’s definitely a fair price for value!
