THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH IT IS THAT IT HAS A SCREAMING LITTLE RING THAT S ANNOYING AND I CAN'T SEEM TO TURN IT DOWN. THIS KIND OF PHONE (WITH THE HEADSET) IS REALLY GOOD FOR MY NEEDS THOUGH.

once you plug it in it does not come on I need to speak to someone asap there is no power outlet on the device to power this phone. somebody help....Update.... Everything works perfect... The email came on how to set it up and the lights came on...Thank you guys awesome product....💗💗💗💗💋💋💋💋

Mute button makes a loud "THUNK" when you mute yourself. The included stand to hold the headset constantly falls off. The phone is very light so when you pick up the headset, the cradle may lift and the little stand falls off. Annoying. Will be getting another phone. Fine for little use and if the THUNK doesn't bother you - wish it was a hair louder.

Been using this for almost a year and truthfully, it still works great! I work from home and use this daily. Wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered it, but it's holding up very well! Good clear reception.

PERFECT HEADSET, This set works great ,but if you want to use your office phone it is easier just to get a set of ear phones /with mic..

Works perfectly for at home business. At first i was confused on how to power it up. But once i plugged it into a working jack...it worked!

Working from home can be a challenge, but this headset is perfect. The price is reasonable and sound quality is excellent.
