They're ok
For price and quantity they're ok. Material and construction is cheap. The lids are very loose, will definitely fall off easily if transporting. Magnifying glass isn't very strong. Grid on base isn't very visible.

Useful and cheap
Suppliers of entomological equipment often charge too much for specimen containers. These are very good value for money. The inclusion of a (weakly) magnifying lid and and grid pattern imprinted on the base is quite innovative. I can see principal features on captured insects as the containers let in lots of light.I have withheld one star because these containers would be even more useful if a third larger. A Pale Prominent Moth was rapidly released when it was evident that it was too snug a fit and damaging its wingtips. On the other hand, they are perfect for most solitary bees and beetles. I also get itinerant horse flies off window ledges with them (my partner hates them). The lids do come off a bit too easily, losing the contents, unless handled carefully. I have got used to that but screw-on lids would be better. They come in individual plastic bags inside a larger plastic bag. Perhaps a bit too much packaging?I like them.

Not as good as the pictures suggest.
The second picture showing a Honey bee clearly through the sidewalls is inaccurate, the pots delivered to me have a slightly milky look, thereby rendering the them useless for a specimen study purposes. Looking down through the top perfect. I will have a use for them but they are not as versatile as the pictures suggest and i would have liked.

better description required
The product arrived promptly. But it wasn't what I expected. The bug pots were very small not the egular size one would expect. Dimensions of the actual pot should be added
