These Excedrin Tension Headache Relief caplets are easy to take and convenient to keep on hand. This product does the job - quickly!
Quick relief from a headache! I wanted to find an over-the-counter (OTC) alternative to prescription headache medicine; and, upon doing a lot of research, I found out that this Excedrin was the best alternative. It got rid of my neck-based headache within a half hour without ibuprofen. I highly recommend this product: if I again have a headache that needs stronger medicine than that which is minimally acceptable, I will definitely use this Excedrin.

Strong, effective, quick relief!
I am no stranger to headaches or migraines. I've sought relief my whole life. Excedrin Tension Headache is my go-to! It contains caffeine. The caffeine does the heavy lifting. It will keep you up all night, so avoid taking close to bed. Stay hydrated while taking these. Don't take these on an empty stomach. These will relieve tension quick, but they can give you new symptoms or make you feel worse if you aren't careful. Eat, drink, and enjoy!
