Long story short, the end of 2019 saw my health took a serious turn for the not so good despite being fairly young and trying to take care of my body through exercise and intermittent fasting (the latter, which is newer to me). My mom blames it on aging. :D A friend of mine suggested Mimosa Pudica, and, since I have experience with Amen’s other supplements, I decided to give theirs a try. After a couple of weeks of taking this supplement, I just felt stronger. Not like weight lifting stronger – more of an immune system stronger. Not so sickly. And my bowels, which have always been a struggle for me to release, flowed slightly smoother. I still have a ways to go as I am chronically constipated, but a little help goes a long way – especially when releasing toxins from my body is something that’s always been an issue. I have been taking this supplement consistently for over a month now and my health is on the mend. I feel lighter and less full (for lack of a better word). My skin is clearer and I can tell I am digesting a lot better than I was prior to the end of last year. This is something I plan on keeping as part of my regular regimen as a lifestyle change... I see the bang for my buck. These are easy for me to swallow (not that I have issues with swallowing medicine). And there is no after flavor… I accidentally chewed one being greedy trying to swallow this and my food (I had just begun my eating window) and there was no weird taste!

This product has done wonders for me. I have noticed that I have been having a lot less heart burn while using this product. Constantly being on the move and eating out a lot was affecting my gut and bathroom usage but this product has helped get me back on track with a regular cycle. Very fast acting as I begin seeing a difference within days of using the product. Highly recommend for anyone having gut issues such as feeling bloated. Especially if you find yourself traveling and eating out a lot, this product is a must have!

Ground Mimosa Pudica seed forms a thick, sticky gel when mixed with water. That gel is what sticks to and kills intestinal parasites. The contents of a capsule of this stuff just dissolves into water like salt or sugar. It's completely worthless against parasites. I've ordered Microbe Formulas' product many times and it works. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0762CNYPT/ I was hoping the Amen product would do the same for about 1/2 the price. It was a waste of money.
