Excellent product and made a very good SIBO yogurt.

High quality product. It makes positive improvement to my SIBO and a nice yogurt.

Turned it into a "yogurt" and the first batch separated and didn't taste great, almost an aged sharp cheese and whey. But I made the second batch with some of the first instead of using more capsules and it came out much smoother and very pleasant tasting. Third batch, better still. I'll keep the capsules for travel (and buy more as needed) but I love the yogurt.

I use this to make excellent yogurt! Strength is just right & quality of product is excellent. Makes perfect yogurt every time I use it.

This is one of Dr Davis, who wrote the book,SUPER GUT, favorite bacterial strains. This strain can be fermented with half and half milk for 36 hours at 100 F, along with 2 tablespoons per quart, owhich gives a SUPER YOGURT which has a very high bacteria count of about 250 billion in two tablespoons. This strain forms bacteroids which are gram positive and this strain is used along with two other Lactobacillus strains to treat SIBO (Small Intestine Bacteria Overgrowth).
