I love love love this item. My cat leaps on the bed for his portion of the cloud when I place it for beddie bye time No back / hip issues since I started using this simple pillow ( side sleeper) I sometimes spend that extra 5 minutes enjoying my lower leg almost floating on the lower pillow . Nice The upper portion is for hugging. In between for cat Try it !
